'We hear from Mrs. Leuty Collins that the Canine Nurses' Institute, which she founded, is making great headway. She is receiving letters from all parts for toy dog nurses, and much laudation from the press. Not only has she sent nurses to the provinces of England, but she has received an application from a continental princess residing in Austria for a kennel nurse. The British Journal of Nursing and the Daily Chronicle of London have given her an exhaustive article on the work. Mrs. Leuty Collins has many advantages attached to the Institute and has arranged with her veterinary surgeons to receive dogs under quarantine rules.' (742)
