Description
Tells Sherrington how he was missed at Lyon where he (D.Sc.), Adrian (D.Sc.) and Florey (M.D.) received honorary doctorates. In speeches a good deal said about the war. Ceremony preceded by a meal of pre-war dimensions and quality. On Florey's lecture. They had spent a day in Paris. Most of American troops have gone now. Paris seemed to be full of Parisians.
