Clinical Diagnosis

Trabeculectomy. Post uveitis.

Microscopy

Sections show a piece of sclera with trabecular meshwork. The sclera is moderately infiltrated throughout with chronic inflammatory cells. Closer to the trabecular meshwork there are a few polymorphs. The trabecular meshwork is compressed and the inner surface is disrupted, presumably where adhesions have been divided. The meshwork is lightly pigmented and somewhat sclerotic.
