Sent from Edward Mapother
Description:‘Dear Dr. James,
There are three cases of General Paralysis in the Hospital at present whom it is proposed to treat by Malaria subject to the consent of their relatives. It is hoped that this consent may be obtained during the next few days and in that case I should be glad that infection should be carried out by the method you suggest. I shall write to you again and try to arrange the matter shortly after Christmas.
Yours sincerely,
Edward Mapother.’
