I know nothing about “races of mankind” & cannot claim to have any opinion on your hypotheses of racial crossing per se as a cause of albinism (if I have got it right), as compared e.g. with the possible effect of remote “white” blood from Europe into Africa. The hypothesis is of course to apply to all races or rather all racial minglings; my suggestion wd. hold only when “light” was brought into a “dark” country.
