Description:
‘Dear Usher,
I have examined the spermatozoa of Tamils with 1/12” Zeiss apochromatic and compensation oculars 4 – 8 – 12 & 18 but can find no trace of pigment. Tamils are the only really dark skinned people we have here [Kuala Lumpur], and I do not think it would be any use examining the spermatozoa of yellow skinned people such as the chinese [sic].
Kind regards,
Yours sincerely,
H. Frazer’
