I have been much interested in your paper on pulmonary tubercle tho. there is a good deal I cannot understand. The points you make about greater incidence amongst the earlier sibs. and onset of the disease at earlier age in 2nd gen. are of great interest & will be important if confirmed. The latter at any rate (what I have called “anticipation”) is found also in some cases of family cateract & is I believe in family glaucoma; but there is not enough material of either disease ready yet to permit any useful quantitative statement.
