It has for me great interest, because I think it just possible that imbecility in some of its forms is due to absence of pigment in certain brain centres, and there is undoubtedly a link between albinism & deafmutism & between deaf-mutism & blindness. I am struck by the fact we have not found so far any link between albinism & blindness. There is a link between albinism and imbecility, however. I wish the census would make returns of albinos as it includes the blind, deaf-mute & imbecile.
