Sent from J. Hubert Johnson
22 Nov 1912
Description:
‘Dear Mr Nettleship,
I write as I have often meant to do to tell you of the welfare of Wang.
He is a grand little dog and the hit & delight of the town. He was very ill some time ago but perfectly recovered he is a dreadful little tyrant and will not tolerate a cat in the town.
It is a pity he should never be used for stud.
Perhaps soon he will be beyond the best age. Is there ever likely to be a chance I must say I should like a puppy.
With kind regards,
Yours sincerely,
J. Hubert Johnson.’
