Sent from Charles Howard Usher
13 Dec 1913
Description:
‘Dear Pearson,
I have been away for a few days hence some delay in replying to yours of 27th.
That a proportion of simplex irides would be found on microscopical examination to contain pigment in the stroma has ever since Hurst’s paper seemed to me probably.
The duplicate dog schedules up to date are being sent, excuse a good deal of scoring. In future they are likely to be done more evenly. The indices of the head measurements have not been worked out. It will be much safer to leave them all for you!
Sheila has the appearance of pregnancy & possibly a large litter.
Yours sincerely,
C.H. Usher.’
