Of my recent 5 puppies out of Jill by her brother Jack, all have pink noses & blue irides; 1 (dead) was as white coated as any we have had not far variable[?] for sending body to Bullock. 1 is darkish cream; 2 are quite brown (I think without any white, or only a little underneath if anywhere), about the colour of the beaver fur of the shops (I rather think this is what the Pekingese fanciers call “Chinchilla” but will try to find out); the remaining 1 is a mixture of this same brown with large areas of white, purer white than the “cream” of our albinos, the areas quite sharply defined. – I will see presently whether I can get photos.
One would like if possible in future to in breed from these coloured ones, but I don’t yet feel sure I can keep up the establishment when we leave here.
