Sent from Edward Nettleship
17 Jul 1913
Description:
‘Your new information from Mrs Hugh Andrews makes one feel rather small for I suppose I ought to have found out what you have now discovered.
The harlequin-eyed Prince Tuan is quite important. I do not remember hearing of wall-eyed Pekes, & most wall-eyed dogs are I think particoloured as to coat & also have dome so-called “blue”, i.e. diluted black, in the coat. I take it Prince Tuan’s coat cannot be so described?
Yrs E. Nettleship.'
