Sent from Karl Pearson
13 Nov 1912
Description:
‘My dearest Wife,
I was very glad to get your long letter though it makes me feel very anxious about Helga. I hope you do not feel anything serious for her... I heard from Mrs Heinemann today. She has determined to give up the dogs as it doesn’t pay & gives me a months’ notice. I am glad I have as long as that. I enclose a letter of Nettleship’s which comforted me as I was in some doubt as to the wisdom in refusing the Lister offer.’
