About Ling. If you are bringing the two dogs down at the week end, we will bring him up but if longer we will leave him here as Mrs Peak would not care to be left long alone, but says she does not mind (lightning) a night or two. It would of course be well to have one of us here when the new dogs arrive, & if there is not time for you to arrange it for this week-end let us leave Ling here.
I don’t think there is any local news. The bull dog man is Ferdinel, oculist of Aberdeen. So Mr Usher must have known him.
