Description: 'By the Courtesy of Associated Newspapers, Ltd., our representative was entertained at the opening ceremony, by the Rt. Hon. the Lord Mayor of London and the Lady Mayoress, of the Daily Mail Ideal Homes Exhibition at Olympia, London, on Tuesday of this week. Housed under approximately 12 acres of glass, this colossal exhibition, which will continue until April 30, was a sight to behold, crammed with everything appertaining to the house and home life, the stalls displaying the very last and latest in labour-saving devices. We only proposed to review that section dealing with the dog, which certainly proved a great attraction to the privileged public allowed admittance on the first day.
...
We noticed during our tour of this extensive Exhibition two of the most distinguished lady canine experts – namely, Her Grace the Duchess of Newcastle and Lorna Countess Howe –taking a lively interest in the whole proceedings.’
