Forwarded herewith is form E.D.85 completed by the above-named who is a victim of Poliomylitis and is at present a patient in Stoke Mandeville Hosptital, Nr. Aylesbury.
Major Harvey has requested that an officer from your office should call on him at the hospital in order that the question of employment might be discussed and, as agreed with Mr. Bricknell by telephone today, I have arranged an appointment for 11 am on Tuesday, 14th March.
Arrangements will be made with the Hospital Authorities for the completion of D.P.1 in time for the interview.
