Sent from E. Lloyd
26 Sep 1910
Description:
‘Dear Mr Nettleship,
I received your letter just as I was starting off to come to my sister, as her little girl died suddenly on Friday. I knew you would understand I did not give her your letter, but I opened it instead as I though I might find out what information you wanted through the kennel maid. The coat colour of “Little Oo’s” sire is a bright red with black face. I hope you won’t think this a great cheek of me, I could not find out the Dam for certain, but she thinks it was biscuit.
Yrs sincerely,
E. Lloyd.
P.S. I have just seen this dirty sheet please excuse.'
